Introduction To School Staffing Design With Results
Unlocking the 5 Opportunity Culture® Design Principles
Our kids deserve to be taught by excellent teachers, and excellent teachers deserve to be paid well for what they do. All teachers deserve the support they need to excel, too. Teachers are leaving education in droves, due in part to low pay, and students are still suffering the long-term learning effects of Covid. School staffing redesign sounds promising, but what really works?
Get started on school staffing redesign that pays more, increases team collaboration, keeps your best teachers in the classroom longer, and helps all educators produce high-growth learning for students. This live, virtual session digs into the Opportunity Culture® design principles—research-backed solutions to achieving high growth with students and high satisfaction among staff. With 10 years of data and multiple third-party studies showing what works, your changes will have the effect you want—raising pay and learning results sustainably for the long-term.
Participants will explore real-life examples of these designs at work and delve into each principle to understand, then analyze their own current school or district context. This session supports basic understanding of Opportunity Culture® design, preparing participants for advanced sessions to lead design or maintain excellence in their schools or systems.
