Educators get training to prepare them for success in their roles, in sessions led by Public Impact® consultants and educators with experience in the roles.
Summer Professional Learning 2024
Virtual Summer Professional Learning for New Opportunity Culture® Educators

- Serves as onboarding for educators new to their school leader, Multi-Classroom Leader™, and Reach Associate™ roles, with session topics specific to each role. See sample topics below.
- $1,000 per person (for early-bird discount pricing, see here). Session dates for 2024 are as follows:
- July 9-11: School leader, MCL™, and RA™ roles
- July 16-18: MCL™ role
- July 23-25: School leader, MCL™, and RA™ roles
- Free onboarding webinar in August for any teacher in a school using Opportunity Culture® roles who participated in summer professional learning.
In-Person Summer Professional Learning for New Opportunity Culture® Educators
- Two-day experience in central North Carolina for educators new to their school leader, Multi-Classroom Leader™, and Reach Associate™ roles, focused on onboarding and implementation refinement.
- $1,350 per person (for early-bird discount pricing, see here), June 25th and 26th from 8:30-4:00 at the McKimmon Center in Raleigh
- Plus free onboarding webinar in August for any teacher in a school using Opportunity Culture® roles who participated in summer professional learning.

Webinar for Team Teachers
All schools attending summer professional learning will have access to a 1.5-hour webinar for any teacher on an MCL™ team. We will share an on-demand version upon request for any school engaging in summer professional learning.
