Opportunity Culture® staffing models are designed to be sustainably funded within recurring school budgets, after initial implementation costs, with various service options to meet districts’ budgetary needs. Districts have paid for the transition through such sources as Title I and Title II funding, other federal grants, regular state and local funding, and grants from states and philanthropic funders.
