Our summer professional learning features virtual training for district personnel new to Opportunity Culture^® implementation. During the school year, we offer virtual professional learning sessions for district leaders, timed to address topics and needs as they are likely to arise throughout the year.

National District Leader Community of Practice

Overview: Throughout seven meetings over the school year, you will build a collaborative community with other district leaders nationwide using Opportunity Culture® models. You will enhance your capacity to support Opportunity Culture® educators independently, learn about high-impact practices, and create a plan to implement those practices—and much more!

Cost: $1,200 per participant

Duration: Seven hourlong virtual community of practice meetings throughout the school year

National Behavioral Event Interview Training

Enhance your hiring process with our comprehensive National Behavioral Event Interview Training.

Overview: This training session provides district and school leaders with essential skills to identify and select teacher-leader candidates who exhibit the critical competencies necessary for success in their Multi-Classroom Leader™,  Master Team Reach Teacher™, or Reach Associate™ roles.
