Team reach teachers work on a multi-classroom leader’s team, directly teaching more students than usual but typically without raising instructional group sizes. Paraprofessional “reach associates” provide support to allow team reach teachers to work with smaller groups of students. Some team reach teachers are called “extended-impact” or “expanded-impact teachers”, or EITs.
