School Staffing Design with Results Consulting Services
Our consulting services include expert co-design and coaching to design new roles, career paths, pay, schedules, budgeting, instruction, and more to prepare for Opportunity Culture® certification and implementation, with access to our online portal. All designs include the Multi-Classroom Leadership™ model, with roles for the teaching team leader, team teachers, and paraprofessionals. Additional options include teacher resident, remotely located Multi-Classroom Leader®, and Multi-School Leader™ roles.
School systems can also design on their with an affordable annual subscription to the portal. Systems may add coaching, and/or live professional learning as budgets allow.
Services include monitoring, feedback, surveys, and leadership coaching after implementation begins, to ensure systems get the impact they want.
A complete rollout in all district schools typically takes 2–7 years, depending on district size and urgency to improve student learning growth systemwide. Reaching all schools and students maximizes equity, student learning results, educator pay, and satisfaction.
Design consulting options include: Self-Driven Design™, Focused Co-Design™, and Intensive Co-Design™ services. All options are aligned with what schools must do to receive certification.
Self-Driven
Includes:
- Step-by-step guidance and on-demand PD to support your design process
- Staffing design recommended to fit your context, based on research
- Coaching package available to add limited, live support
Best for: Districts that mainly need technical guidance.
Timeframe: Self-paced
Focused
Consultants:
- Engage the community in interviews, focus groups, data analysis
- Analyze context info (staffing, pay, etc.)
- Produce report with design recs and one revision cycle.
- Provide 2 advisory sessions to prep for implementation
Best for: Districts that need stakeholder engagement and technical guidance.
Timeframe: 3-6 months
Intensive
Consultants:
- Facilitate learning and design sessions:
• 5 for district leaders
• 3 for school leaders - Analyze context info (staffing, pay, etc.)
- Check-in regularly to provide design support and prep to implement
Best for: Districts that need stakeholder engagement, technical guidance, and support to manage change.
Timeframe: 6-10 month
Additional support available through coaching sessions, live professional learning sessions, educator surveys, and implementation monitoring services

- Or purchase separately: $1,000 per school system + $250 per school
