Multi-Classroom Leader Training: Day One

For an overview of Multi-Classroom Leader Training sessions, see here.

The optional handout, Self-Assessment: Multi-Classroom Leader Training, is intended to help MCLs reflect on their knowledge and skills as they progress through the three days of training. It should be completed before the training starts, at the end of each session or day, and at the end of the full 3 days of training.

 

Session 1.1: Defining the MCL Role

In this session, participants define roles and responsibilities for MCLs; use their job descriptions to define key high-impact activities; define how all school leadership positions work together. (Approximate length: 75 minutes)
